I came across this quote the other day: “Behind every fearless player is a fearless coach who refuses to let them be anything but the best they can be.” 

I stopped and reflected on these words. 

Do you know what Oprah, Serena Williams, Tiger Woods, Leonardo DiCaprio, Hugh Jackman, and Bill Gates and many, many others all have in common… aside from being the most financially successful business people in the world?

“Everyone needs a coach.” Those were the exact words that Bill Gates chose to open his TED Talk. “We all need people who give us feedback.
