HOW TO MASTER YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH TIME

I have a question for you, what is your relationship with time?

Do you feel that there is never enough time?

Are you constantly stressed because you are late for your next appointment, and the next after that one?

Do you feel rushed all day long and exhausted in the evening?

Are you constantly talking about how “crazy busy” you are?

One of the key elements I look at when I work with my private clients is their relationship with time

I know that for us, women in business, time is one of our most significant assets.

When I speak with women I notice right away a difference between a woman who has a healthy relationship with time and the one who constantly struggles with time.

One is at ease, graceful, and present.

She goes from one experience and task to the next without stress, tension, and drama-free.

The other is constantly stressed, late, feels rushed, and is physically and emotionally drained.

In the past, I was the second one. There was never enough time!

Over the years, I adopted many time management techniques that I learned from working with my own coaches; I calendared everything, started my day at 5 am (not my favorite part), I created the most important task lists and to-do lists, read books on time management, and learned about the Pomodoro technique.

I tried almost everything!

Some of these techniques really helped me, but they never took away the unnecessary pressure off my super busy schedule and the stress I felt in my body.

It was not until I created my OWN daily process, that made me feel aligned with my day and that helped me MASTER MY RELATIONSHIP WITH TIME.

I have never shared this process before, except with my private clients. Today I want to share it with you so you can start creating a healthy relationship with time in your own life and in your business.

HOW TO MASTER YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH TIME.

What I really want to teach you is how to live your life mindfully and intentionally.

“CRAZY-BUSY” IS NOT QUEENLY… OR SEXY.

Can you imagine a Queen being crazy-busy, hair undone, dressed in sweatpants, running around like a lunatic? Not very Queenly at all.

It all starts with an awareness of what you don’t want.

As for me, I didn’t want to be that woman who always complains about how busy and exhausted she is with a sad and exhausted look on her face.

I CHOOSE MINDFUL LIVING INSTEAD OF LIVING IN A MINDLESS EMOTIONAL MESS.

The easiest way to take charge of your schedule is the evening before or the first thing in the morning.

Here is what I do in a few simple steps.

FIRST OF ALL, YOUR CREATIVE POWER LIES IN YOUR MORNING!

  1. The first thing I do after I wake up is review my day.
  2. I go step by step through my schedule and all my appointments.
  3. Next, in my journal, I write an intention for each of my engagements.

For example, if I have a coaching session with a client, let’s call her Mary, at 1 PM – my intention is to be present,  strategic, listen to my intuition, transform her limiting beliefs, and empower her to take action.

I also set an intention for my run and exercise.

For example: my intention is to feel energized, light, proud of myself, and healthy.

When I work on preparing my dinner, my intention is to enjoy the process, light a candle, and listen to music.

THIS PROCESS IS SIMPLE BUT LIFE-CHANGING!

It teaches you how to live consciously, intentionally, and, most importantly, how to create your day and ultimately your life.

Queen, you deserve to live your best life!

I invite you to try this process for a week. You will be amazed at the way your day flows and how empowered you feel. By taking the time in the morning to pre-design your day, you take charge of your life.

I would love to hear from you!If my process resonates with you, leave a comment, send me a message, and share this article with other Queens.

My life’s purpose is to empower women like you to create the next level of success and financial freedom, and live their true purpose.

Sending you lots of love!
