4 STEPS TO RE-GAIN YOUR BUSINESS MOMENTUM

It is not the first time in history that we are facing a global crisis.

Remember the financial crisis in 2008 and post 9/11?

Any global economic crisis or epidemic doesn’t last.

If we look back, we will see that the economy always rebounds.

The businesses that will stay in operation and grow will be the ones that don’t take time off and stop marketing, promoting, and selling.

The truth is that those who stop marketing, promoting, and selling won’t make it.

That’s why I’m sharing with you The 4 Steps You Need To Take NOW To Re-Gain Momentum in Your Business.

1. TIME TO RE-ENERGIZE.

The businesses that provide the most compelling solutions during the crisis will always win.

Think about this crisis as an opportunity to pivot your message and offers to appeal to a bigger audience.

For example, if you are operating in your business, mostly offline, it is time to expand online quickly. Think about a product or service that could help you find your clients through social media. Create awareness, interest, and opportunities for your clients to find you online.

2. TIME TO RE-LAUNCH.

Many businesses were waiting on the sideline for the last few weeks to see what the future brings, but the truth is there is no more “doing business as usual”. Blaming the economy doesn’t help, either.

When the coronavirus hit and everyone was in total shock and panic, I kept asking my clients, “What is good about this situation, and what are your opportunities to grow your business now?”

We discovered that now was the time to try all the ideas they never had the courage and time to implement. This is one of the ways you can take back control in uncertain times.

3. TIME TO RE-ENGAGE. Queens don’t quit because times are tough. We don’t have that luxury even if it may seem to be the easiest thing to do.

If you lost your momentum, find ways to re-engage with your clients and audiences.

What is the easiest way for you to get your clients’ attention?

You can start by:

  • creating new or re-packaging your existing products and services
  • sending a simple “ just checking in” email to your email list
  • start posting and sharing on social media,
  • joining FB and Linkedin groups,
  • start speaking at online networking events

4. TIME TO RE-FOCUS.

If you sit still, you may not make it! Being in an action mode is very important for your business and you, emotionally. When you are still, your mind starts looking and creating problems. Your brain can’t be both in fear and in creation mode at the same time.

When you choose to promote, increase visibility, create new promotions, and showcase your skills, you are focusing on solutions, not on the problems. That is already significant progress.

To re-gain your momentum, keep taking action toward your desires daily. Action is ALWAYS better than inaction.

IT IS TIME FOR WOMEN LIKE YOU TO STOP WAITING ON THE SIDELINE. IT IS TIME TO GET BACK IN THE GAME AND:

– RE-ENERGIZE YOUR MARKETING MESSAGE

– RE-VIVE YOUR CONNECTIONS WITH YOUR CLIENTS

– RE-LAUNCH YOUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

RE-VITALIIZE YOUR BUSINESS

THE TIME IS NOW. The winners today are the ones who are finding new ways to adapt to this new situation.
