I have a question for you, how important is living your true purpose for you?
I recently had a few life-changing conversations with women who are on their path to finding their true selves and living life with intention and purpose.
It reminded me of my own journey.
For years I felt that something was missing in my life, yet, I remained stuck in the exact same place: in both a business I didn’t enjoy and a loveless relationship.
What I noticed is that we, women, are often attached to the idea of finding “THE ONE”…
In this case, “THE ONE” thing we are meant to do.
I know, from experience, that this comes from being afraid of making a mistake, fear of criticism, and fear of failure.
But trying to find the one thing we are meant to do, limits us.
We overanalyze, feel overwhelmed, and, as a result, we don’t move forward at all.
I was searching for my life purpose for a long time, and I’m still on my journey.
But here is what I’ve discovered and want to share with you.
MY INTENTION IS THAT THESE 4 SIMPLE STEPS WILL HELP YOU FIND YOUR TRUE PURPOSE AND INSPIRE YOU.
- IT MAY BE SIMPLER THAN YOU MAY THINK.
I realized that when I do something with passion and enthusiasm that brings me pleasure, I live my life purpose. So, the first step for you to take is to get in touch with your passions, desires, and pleasure! What is it that you secretly want to do but you avoid because you are afraid that it will never happen for you or that you will fail?
- CONNECT WITH YOUR HEART.
The lack of clarity often comes from analysis paralysis. Finding your true purpose is a process that comes from alignment with your heart. I use a simple process as a guide, I ask myself, Renia, if there were no consequences or limitations what it is that you would really do? I allow myself to be absolutely free with my desires! If you can’t imagine it, you can’t experience it.
- THE STARS MAY NEVER BE COMPLETELY ALIGNED FOR YOU TO MAKE A DECISION.
The perfect circumstances never exist! I’m all about thinking, imagining, and planning, but procrastination keeps you stuck. Start by making a list of all that you can do each day to get you closer to finding your true purpose. Then, make a list of people who can support you in your journey. Finally, get started by sending a text, email, or a message, and start to move forward. You don’t have to know all the steps before you get going. You will figure it out along the way.
- FULLY COMMITMENT.
Trying to get something with one foot on the gas and one on the break? Finding your true purpose requires commitment. Be fully committed and absolutely unapologetic about finding your purpose. Life without it feels empty, almost like you don’t live it at all. Follow your intuition each day and keep moving forward… Some days you will not feel like doing anything, allow yourself this luxury from time to time. But wake up the next day and reconnect with living your true purpose! You are worth it!
