Here Is A 7 Step Guide To Help You Reawaken The Queen Within.
These steps work! They not only allow my clients to sustain their business in this new global reality… they help them grow their businesses, position themselves as experts, and be ahead of the industry after the pandemic is over.
1. IT ALL STARTS WITH YOU!
The truth is, there is no shortage of money. Many of my clients had record sales in April.
The key is that they stayed focused on their business goals and desires at all times.
As a famous saying goes, “Your energy flows where your attention goes.”
Their attention allowed their energy to activate creativity, resourcefulness, and intuition to guide them.
If your attention is invested in consuming, strategically crafted, fear-based, media news, that is where your energy flows. You choose fear versus your desires.
NOW MORE THAN EVER IS THE TIME TO: reconnect with your goals and desires for 2020.
AVOID news channels with 24-hour programming designed to spread and keep you in fear (because that is what makes money for the media!!!), negative social media posts, drama, and negative conversations both online and offline.
2. IT’S TIME TO GET BUSY AND STRATEGIC!
The worst thing you can do in such times as these is to do nothing. Taking action is the best way to feel empowered, focused, and in charge.
That means, NOW is the time to:
– NETWORK
– Send emails
– Speak
– Write articles and post
– Join FB and Linkedin groups
– Create new products, offers, and services
– Reach out to the joint venture partners that you’ve always wanted to partner
Be visible; let your clients, customers, and followers know that you are in business, and you are focused on creating solutions for them right now.
3. SERVICE, NOT A SALE.
I speak every day with women struggling with underselling their services and products and being paid for their expertise. It often happens when you focus on “Selling” instead of “Serving.”
What many women don’t see is that their services and products change people’s lives on many levels.
I invite you to ask yourself, “How do my services and products help my clients transform their lives?”
Another great way to reconnect with the true value of what you offer is to read your testimonials. And… if you don’t have them, get them.
DON’T: Make assumptions that nobody is going to buy your services in this economy. This is how you cut yourself off from the possibilities and opportunities that the Universe has for you.
DO: Do your part of marketing what you offer, ask for guidance using your spiritual practice, and take action every day.
4. FOCUS ON YOUR CURRENT CLIENTS
If you are not sure what your clients and followers would buy at this time… ASK THEM.
Start by sending a friendly, “Just checking in to see how you are doing…” email or text message and connect.
Second, authentically ask what is that they need and how you can be of service to them.
Don’t be surprised when you hear that they have been thinking about you, too.
If now is not a good time for them, that is okay…
You can use this opportunity and ask for ideas, connections, introductions, and referrals… Trust me; amazing opportunities can be created when you talk to people. Be consistent with being connected with your clients; make it a daily practice.
5. THE ART OF BEING OF SERVICE.
If you desire to scale your business, you can focus on creating a unique collection of products and services that provide a total solution for your client’s needs. It is essential to think about your products and services as a way to transform, up-level, and add value to your client’s lives.
Put yourself in their shoes.
Ask yourself, “What is the first thing that my client needs?” Followed by… “What are other ways that I can make my offer more unique and of service to them?”, and “What is that they would really enjoy?”
Having multiple services and offers allows you to customize your services to cater to all your client’s needs.
6. THE UP-SELL AND DOWN-SELL.
Once you have multiple services and/or products, you can really listen and customize your offers to your client’s unique requests and needs based on what their desires are and what their budget is.
From your extended offer, you can upsell adding products and services to make it a more luxurious experience or down-sell if the client has a smaller budget.
The most important thing is that you demonstrate that you listen and have many ways to customize the experience to create a total solution to their needs.
7. BECOME A COACH.
I believe that we are all coaches. We coach, educate, and guide our clients in the area of our expertise. Now is the best time to position yourself as an expert and educate, inform, and bring value to our client’s lives. You can do it by:
– Offering a complimentary Zoom session to educate them on how your services and products can help them find the solution they are looking for.
– Offering webinars, Zoom meetings, online classes
– Writing posts and articles to position yourself as an expert
